Hey guys, sorry about the update delay, us woodland creatures have been out gambolling about in the sunny weather!
Thanks for all the nice words guys! She totally wasn't phased by me snapping the branch- its healed up nicely and the bud sites coming off it are slightly shorter than the rest but no less developed so happy days!
So now I am on day 10 of flowering and my baby is HUGE!

@medical grade, from what i see this plant is one hell of a hardy beast! I love the free seeds the tude gives out!

@killerox lol cheers! just wait till you see whats going on in the scrog now! she is virtually uncontrollable! I would say Kandy Kush IS good for scrogging BUT I wish I had a bigger ca cos she stretches like a mofo!
I flushed her yesterday and have done a new nute solution:
Micro: 15ml per 5 litre water
Bloom: 30ml per 5 litre water.
Silicon 5ml for the whole res. (8 litres)
temps in my cab are quite stable: 29/30 degrees Celsius.
but my humidity is high: last night it reached 64%! got the dehumidifier on the case though so hopefully that'll help.
My scrog is looking quite hilarious and daunting atm there is no way I can organise it any more than it is so I am going to employ the age old tradition of millions of string if the buds get too heavy for themselves! (hope lol!)

Your grow is coming along really well!
I'm now 4 weeks into 12/12 and I'm getting some serious buddage!
Pineapple Express is by far the bushiest plant I have ever had and it is starting to ooze resin everywhere!
Shame about the snapped stem, especially seeing as it is already into flower I doubt it will heal in time unless you wrap it up well with some bandage wrap so nutes and essentials can still flow up branch.
This is my first time growing a kush variety, OG Kush#18, and it looks very similar to your KK in terms of how the leaves and buds are forming.
Now mine just seem as though the buds are going to be tiny flimsy things along the stalk compared to all the others I have.
Or does it start out like that and then fill out quickly towards the end?
Since the res change I have noticed that the leaves have indeed got greener and healthier so fingers x'ed
Will swing my again in a few days love!

Those waterfarms looks slick! I totally have scrog envy, wish I had gone ahead with it on my first/current grow. sub +rep, can't wait to see the bud's open up!

hey guys, not much to report today other than my irritation in daylight savings meaning I now have to wait till 12.30pm to check on her which is sooooo frustrating! lol! I just want to check on my plant! Budsites are looking most promising and the nodes coming off the broken branch seem fine- they are even catching up in height with the others now and her buds are just as happy as the rest. 
pheeew what a relief!
@ killeroxx lol I aint even gona bother tryingto bend her back down again! she too big! I guess I'll have to support the buds with string from above or something. yeah right roll on day 50! she already freaks me out a bit she so big!
@TD your grow is looking good my friend I've been following it avidly!! Im glad your leaf issue is sorting itself out more now. From what I can gather most Kush varieties have big buds, I grew an afghan kush/ greek landrace under a 250w hps in soil and it had some nice big buds, which was surprsing for landrace- I guess the kush in there really brought out some good in her! I never grown OG Kush tho so I think at this point stop worrying about that and keep watching your baby! One of the reasons I have let my baby grow so high above my scrog is so that I can get larger budsites- my critical + was unbelievably strong but because I didn't let her grow so high above the scrog I lost out on yield.
as to the snapped stem- its truly like it never happened! i held it together with a cable tie till it looked like the cable tie was doing more damage than good and when i took it off and had a proper look- its properly healed itself. properly! i couldnt believe it!
@ ultraMegaMj cheers man, welcome! I've said it before and I'll say it again- waterfarms are the shizzle! I avoided them thinking it was proper specialist equipment but actually I find them a lot easier than in soil, it seems like there are less problems and as you can see the plants get HUGE! I thought this might affect strength but the last lot I grew blew my face off
! I can't wait for this Kandy Kush- I think it will be just as strong a high but maybe less like sofa velcro- I like to be able to move when I medicate- who else is gona cook those wierd snacks for me?!

I've got a couple of questions though if I may:
What kinda of external reservoir do you use for that watafarm? Could u take a picture of the whole system and Especially interested in the maintanance. How do you water? by hand or with a pump?
How often and howmuch do u water if it drinks over 5 liters a day? =)
Also how do u measure ph/ec/temp in the watafarm itself?
and one last question: is it the 35 litre (7gallon) watafarm you've got outthere? =)

im ordering a waterarm tomorrow...also followed scottyballs tread these are unbelieveable...no need to grow 15 plants when u can get the same with 2 maybe 3 waterfarms

hello mate sorry to have missed your post about lights. I have never seen the need to be honest hps has served me very well. I have heard so many different opinions on cfl and have seen some good results from it but to be honest i think its a bit of a gimmick. the only way to give a plant the proper full light spectrum is to grow outside!

So she's looking good, gona flush and do new nutes in about 2/3 days. She is juust starting to show crystals and pics'll come soon of them!

@Dudesome, I dont use an external res, I top up from bottles- I don't have a the space for an external res but it would be most useful for if I went away. Badgerbadger found some really good diagrams of various set ups for external reservoirs that keep you topped up and I will try to find them for you.
If you look in my pics where you can see above and below my scrog- you can see my res. There is a blue pipe on the front, which is connected to a bung, I keep my waterfarm on a box above the floor, when it comes to emptying the res I simply twist the pipe (carefully) at the base and all the water flows out. This sounds complicated but next time I do a res change I will take detailed pics of the whole process for you.
I measure my temps and humidity with a probe that hangs at the level of my canopy, the digital display is outside of my cab so I can constantly check temps and humidity.
Ph I had a digital metre but they are a massive ball ache and constantly calibrating and doom so I gave up and use the litmus paper. I dont bother checking ph so much after it properly enters vegging as the nutes balance out the ph anyway.
my ppm I measure with a big wand, again I will take photos for you, also I will dig out the chart of the different ways to measure ppm for you because there are I think 3 different measurement options(?) cant think of the word!
Lastly my waterfarm is the 1.7 gallon (8 litre) model from GH.
So I know I haven't been enormously helpful as yet mate but I will get on the case tracking down those charts for you and I promise on the next update you will have clear photographic instructions because of my tendency to ramble!
I hope that has been helpful, even in a small way! any more questions/suggestions gimme a holler!

Oh yeah I top up the water every day just by pouring it in the top! Its essential to do it every day, I start off with nutes at about 1400ppm and as I water I keep checking ppm and when it drops to about 700/800ppm I flush and add new nutes.
