Kali Mist Smoke Report

Strain: Kali Mist by Serious Seeds
Growth: Classic sativa structure – tall with long internode spacing. Flowered at 50” when clones were vegged to 15”.
Nutes: GH (Lucas Formula 0-8-16). Ebb and flow.
Yield: 12 oz. (4 plants)
Bag Appeal: Small, fluffy buds, lots of red hairs.
Smell: Old Spice colonge, peppery, very nice!
Taste: It has a very unique, exotic taste that I don’t know exactly how to describe, perhaps this is the “Haze” flavor people refer to? Whatever it is, it is luscious.
The High: Intense, up, cerebral, active, strong.
Comments: This is the shit folks! When flowered, these plants shot up 300% in the first four weeks before they leveled off. Start your clones out very short for an indoor grow! The majority of the buds are small, popcorn type, with the main cola composed of flowers growing in a spiral structure. This is not a particularly attractive plant, it looks tall and scraggly, but man, what a fantastic high! Smacks you right in the middle of the forehead. This pot will put you in a good mood regardless, you’ll sport a shit-eating grin from ear to ear! The soaring high is very up, and makes any activity fun, even washing dishes! It actually does help my wife with her mentral cramps and other aches and pains too. This is my favorite pot so far, I can’t even imagine something that could be better. I give the smell and taste each a 9/10, and the high a 9.5/10. Overall, my score is a 9/10!

I've got one mother in flower and 7 clones vegging, can't wait to try this strain.

yes sir...got 11 kali at end of veg....only bad thing is sides dont grow out until flowering so i have never been able to take clones in veg

My Kali Mist got a smoke test last night after only 1 week of curing and the above description is SPOT ON!! The "right in the middle of the forehead" comment couldnt be closer to the truth. I cant wait for it to cure fully :hump: This is definately one of the best highs I have had.

nice smoke report but hey ive been hearing that the ladys love this and once they know you have km you just cant get em off you lol is this true or ppl just joking? i ask because ive come accross this like 10 times already

I give bud to two friends and one family member, one of my friends has a girl friend and the other looking for one. The girlfriend went through the Kali Mist without touching the other strains more than once. In addition to the bud I gave my other buddy a Silver Surfer I had for two years and couldn't get to work once, he got it going before I left that day. He told me that he'd have a small group of friends over and the girls always raved over the Kali Mist.

It's as close to an opiate like Percocet that I've come across so far. It might be the type of dreamy-blissful-yet-still-in-control type of high, and it does help intestinal problems. I can't say enough good things about it, I go through Kali Mist quicker than any other strain too. I'm probably going to add another spot in the garden for KM, I've got 2 now and I'm running out before the next is ready to harvest.

Good to hear lol,thanks i havent really found a lot of info on km till now and thanks to you im 100% that iam gonna try it but first iam doing barney farms lsd then super silver haze then sensi star AND then the kali mist. i want to do it last because of the long flowering time and also i want to keep cloning about 2 or 3 times just to make sure i dont run out.:bigjoint:

Sorry, missed that. Yes, but it is going to grow like bamboo. I put 3 clones in 12/12 in my Aquamist at 1.5" - 3" and had some plants over 3'. They grow very well, here are some pics.

The three tall colas in the back, on the right, are ~36" Kali Mist clones in an 8 plant RDWC. I transfered them over to a 5 gallon bucket, 3 plant DWC, to finish and they took a while but produced well. The tips of the colas in the front are the top of a double topped Kali Mist in Pro Mix.

they look great thanks for the pics ok and the last thing,sorry if im bothering you but would you recommend
fimming with km? does it help or affect yield?

The few times I've fimmed I've never had any more luck producing colas than topping so I can't comment, but I would recommend topping in soilless to reduce the size of the colas and reduce the chance of mold (so yes, fim ;) ). It keeps the plant shorter as well, it's a tall plant. I would say that it helps yield.

Here's a pic of a Strawberry Diesel sativa pheno that I did in a CCOB - stem horizontal and wrapped around the bucket with only the branches sticking up - I've got two Kali Mist growing the same way and the colas are much smaller (less chance of mold) and there will be better yield than a verticle plant. It's like a less efficient form of scrog that's portable in 5 gallon buckets, and it lets us grow a 60" stem with only 12"-16" or room between the bucket rim and the heat safety zone below the light. I'll post some pics of the Kali Mist this weekend.
