just wont stop getting leggy

here some pics of my plants that just wont stop reaching 4 the light ive done couple grows b4 never seen this there 16 days into flower dont know wat strains they r just thought i would gamble with these lot just random seeds of a thew different weeds ive had in the past and saved them but these plants r about 7 weeks old altogether and r over 5 ft tall but lookin a bit leggy ive pinched the heads out on 6 of them b4 i even put them to flower. im using two 300watt cfl reds and have 8 plants i have got a 600watt hps but find it hard to keep temps down in the room as have intake an outake runnin on the same vent with a t join i even brought air cooler but just still stays hot over 90degrees f it problem dont help that the boiler is in therebut i boxed that off some advice would b very helpful now please comment

Should of kept those floro's closer earlier on. Looks like they are stretching and that's it. When In a small room its easier to bring the plants up higher than to lower the light. With that cfl you should be able to keep it within inches of the top for optimal lighting.

So you don't use the 600 watt???Consider buying an air cooled hood to get your temps lower.That should reduce stretch also remember some strains also stretch a lot the first weeks of flowering,but with that said nothing beats hid,those cfls cant compare.

It looks like u fixed the problem. U have 6-10 inches between your nodes on the middle of the plant and at the top the nodes are packing in a lot tighter, so I think u will be fine.
If u want I can help u get ur temp prob figured out so u can use the HPS and have cooler temps.
How many cfm's are u using to vent the light?
What is ur room size?
What is ur exhaust fan cfm?
What is the intake air temp?
