I wonder how long he was with the doctor. Doesn’t say. Was it 20 years. Or 1-2 years. That matters in my opinion.

“Included in the mandatory high-risk conditions/impairments is uncontrolled substance use disorders. Physicians and nurse practitioners are required to report any patient who has a diagnosis of an uncontrolled substance use disorder, excluding caffeine and nicotine, and the person is non-compliant with treatment recommendations.”

...but he was diagnosed with Crohn's disease....
...substance use disorder...isn't that the new buzz word for opiate addiction?...hahahahaha....and why aren't caffeine and nicotine included?

Just another reason to keep your fucking mouth shut...it's as if some doctors can't help themselves but drive a bigger wedge between patients and the medical community.

So he was only with the doctor for about a year eh. I must have missed that. I doubt my doctor of 20 years would suspend my license like that. But I guess some things should be kept to ones self.

I wouldn’t be as worried about a family dr but for some of us that have specialists and new doctors to constantly go see this could be a real problem.

I do see the concern because you want to be honest with the specialist as one should be.

Right
And they need to be honest and realize that if people follow the instructions on their prescriptions then a lot of people shouldn’t be driving according to the new laws.
It’s all just a giant clusterfuk that will result in sick people needing to defend themselves yet again

To be honest you can’t drive on a lot of scripts. Percocet. Vicodin. Etc. So to treat pot like that is terrible

I see two handfulls of Doctors throughout the year....there is bound to be one of them with a hard-on for cannabis users...
Take my Licence and be prepared to pay out for my disability then....quite simple really...
I work full time... currently... pay my own way.... why would a doctor want to get into the middle of that... but like all walks of life some Dr's can be pricks.....
