Just retired! No more randoms..........

Hi! I'm a former children's psychotherapist. I retired a little early to write fiction, my lifelong dream. In the day, there was a lot of discussion about whether LSD increased creativity. Of course, science, as it usually does, disputed that common experience. Unless it gets deleted, I'll post a review of my novel -- no, it was not self-published, not that I've got anything negative to say about indie, but it is cool to have an actual publisher to say you're cool.

Anyway, I have kind of a George Washington attitude about cultivation. He gave it to his slaves to keep them picking cotton when they slowed down. I do believe in productivity. Even when I was a teen, I was always the guy who wanted to get up and go places, like concerts, hiking in the Woods, anything besides watching another Star Trek rerun.

In my opinion, to be an activist requires more than preaching to the choir, such as just posting here. It takes hard work to change American conservatism. I'm not assuming that everyone on this forum is politically liberal, but it seems like a reasonable belief.
