just planted seeds , when to light?

hi i just planted 3 feminized seeds (pre cracked using paper towel) took about 1 day and a half and all 3 had a white root sticking out today so i just planted them

but i wanna know do i start the lighting cycle? i already have the fans going and watered them with some grow iguana nuted water

hi yall so iwas reading some posts and i saw that your supposed to leave the light on for 24 hours until you see the plant spout out of the soil is this correct?

this is my first grow and im kind of confused

right now i turned the light on (400watt sodium light) for 3 small pots

no, the opposite. you don't need the light until it sprouts.

so i should turn the light off right now and wait until it comes out the soil and i can see it then put it on 24/7 ?

should i turn the fans off too or leave it on?

but i read on grow guides thta once the seed sprouts , put them in soil and then turn the lights on?

(my seeds have sprouted so i planted them)
