Man, I've lived across Canada and never paid more then $10 straight. wtf.

Edit: Victoria... grab it at the wall from the natives
Vancouver, pretty much anywhere from street to cafe
Montreal/Ottawa/Kingston mostly biker shit but still $10
South of Toronto, I notice kids riding around selling it mostly

Dunno about praries... prob only huff gas anyways
