They look pretty healthy. I would keep the canopy as even as possible (I use stands) and at a good distance (18"-22" for my 600 air cooled reflectors) and space them out a bit so they can stretch up and fill the space.

I bend my plants at about day 10 so they bush out and make many tops. I stake and tie stretchy plants branches to keep them even.

They grow in an upside down ice cream cone shape if they train well pretty easy.

This can increase yield, uniformity and quality.

Here is a pic of a week 6 Headband. She was bent at the end of week one and branched right up. Look up LST for ideas on how to tie down the main stem to the pots. I have babbled too much in your thread already. I hope you don't mind. And I hope it helps. Because this is a way to grow that is still fast and doesn't require any special technique or screens. You can just move plants around as usual.

And it is a bad idea to cut leaves and parts off at first because the plant can use its own leaves for reserves to survive when we screw up. The more leaves the more chances to get them back right.

All I did was bend the top of the plant down just lower than the next branches down and tied it to a big black paper clip with soft tie right to the pot. You can see it down there. It's just looped loosely over the top so it had room to keep growing. They turn right back up to the light and keep being a top.
