Just germinated my first seeds, have a quick question about nutrients

Hey guys what's up. Well the seeds I've been trying to germinate finally cracked and out came the root tip!

So I had some soaked rock wool cubes on standby. Once I knew they were ready, I took the rock wool cubes and gently squeezed the excess water out so they were damp and not dripping wet. Then I put the cracked seeds into the cubes and placed some fluorescent lights up top.

Now how long should I wait until I can start adding some of the Flora series nutrients I bought? Or is the wait only for clones since they have no root mass and I can start right away? Obviously I want to do what's best for the plants but I don't want to burn them out. Thoughts on what I should do?

Oh, and last question. I know not to over water them. But when should I water to make sure I'm giving them something with giving them too much? Once every other day or so, just to make sure the cube isn't completely dried out?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks fellas!

No nutes until you have 5-7 nodes of growth. Water 1xday while in RW cube, less when u transplant.

Cool, thanks for the quick reply. Looks like I'll hold off the nutrients for the time being.

Strange question, but is there a best way to water these rockwool cubes? I don't want to water them in a way that could potentially break them apart but I have a feeling misting would take forever. Thoughts?

i use those little syringes you can find at rite aid, they are for feeding babies or something, they have marks for ml and tsp measurements so they are good for making up batches of nutes also, i disagree on the whole no nute thing unless your growing in soil, i mean rockwool has no nutes in it so how is the plant supposed to grow? i have some seedlings in cubes right now and as soon as they pop the ground i water them with a very mild solution, 1 ml of each 3 part flora series per gallon with a ph of 5.5, mine are 11 days out of the ground and they have small branches growing from the first node and 4 sets of big fan leaves and look killer
