Getting the new grow going. Just built a new UC with 5 gallon black buckets using 5 in. net pots. I used 1 1/4 PVC for this project with the General Hydroponics uniseals "1 13/16 Hole Saw From Grainger" that come as replacement parts for the aeroflo 2. I got them at aroun 1.65 a piece. Since I am doing Bubba this round I wanted to add a few more buckets then I usually run with the OG "24". I am also using a General Hydroponics TNC pump, These things are bulletproof and are extremely efficient.
Grow:
6 x 1k Lumatek - Magnum - Hortilux Super HPS - Combos
2 x 8 in MaxFans placed before and after the Y's that feed the lights
2 x 1 Ton Dual Hose Portable Air Conditioners "Fed cold air with a Vortex to increase cooling"
2 x 400 watt Lumatek Vertical Lights - Water Cooled "Can 33, 6 in fan, Icebox 6, CoolTube"
65 Pint Dehumidifier
Sentinal CHHC4 Controller
2 x 70 liter Active Aqua air pumps with 16 buckets on each
GH 20 liter air pump on 27 gallon epicenter
4 x rows of 8 buckets staggered.
4 x Wall Mount 16 in Fans
1 HP Eco Plus Chiller
Stainless Steel 3/8 in. Coil 25 ft.
Nutrients:
Going All Advanced Nutrients
1. Advanced Nutrients connoisseur A n B
2. B52
3. Bud Candy
4. Rhino Skin
5. Voodoo Juice
6. Nirvana
7. Kushie Kush
8. Big Bud
9. Cal Mag Bloom
10. Synsi Zym
11. Bud Factor X
12. Overdrive
13. Final Flush

I have a journal going on this too that I will be updating. This thing was some work lol. Thanks for any input.

WOW...... impressive, very impressive. Peach of a rig.

Have you considered pulling the pots a bit closer together to make more space and using them vertical lights for a vertical grow?

The only thing I would change is pulling fresh cool air over the cool tubes and straight out again, no need for filters and better temp control. Use the clean air to warm your house, makes the electricity bill easier to swallow.

I agree with this, You have a beautiful setup, love how neat and tidy it is, very pro. Using it to also help heat your home would be amazing.

+rep for all your hard work!

My two AC's actually vent into the house so there is plenty of heat when I need it lol. I am currently using iceboxes and water cooling those vertical lights so the air coming out of them is cold. Vertical light are a new thing I am doing this grow. We will see how they add to yield.

These plants are already pretty close together, they have 24 in centers. Like a foot between each bucket and two feet accross between buckets down the center so I can tend to them. I hope that answers everything mang and thank you for your thoughts and advice :)

Assuming that this grow goes ok at all you should love the result. I have built like every system out there and Undercurrent is the best designed, easiest to opperate, best Results vs. Work Load, most effecient on nutrients I have ever seen. In the words of Ferris Bueller, "I highly reccommend one if you have the means" lol. Let me know any questions on building yours as well? I might be able to take some of the pain out of it for you lol. I have owned a couple of these bought from the manufacturer and have built a couple as well so I would like to think I got this shit on lockdown now, but my bitches always like to do the unexpected and keep me guessing. lol.
