how would they know, they came out on the market THIS month. all autos do better outside, the sun is way better than any hid bulb.

would it get done quicker then if done on 24, or is there really no point in doing it? Then again, yields are already quite small so its proabably not worth it right?
no... it's an autoflower, it does everything automatically. 12,16,18,24 hours of light... makes no difference in finishing time.

18/6 is tried and true for auto's..... you don't have to take my word for it though, just do a side by side.

it's just sayin you can. i've tried 24, 20, 18, 16 and 12 on and 18 worked the best for me on lr2's and on my own lr2 x's.

Hey Zoid, I was just looking at your gallery and noticed your hill billy...

does it's second set(I know, but i dont think there's a word for a set of 3) of true leaves, each have 3 blades?

Because in that one pic it only looks like one fan has 3 blades...

Just curious....I still think it's the Father o f a new generation of weed....Pray Male and get that pollen! then X it with every strain until you get those three set babies!

Ok
Peace

the second set? has...... three blades, two blades, two blades.
the third set each has at least three blades each, but there still pretty small to count if there's five.

i hope it's a male but if it's a female i have a male that put out four leaf sets on the third node that i'll pollinate with.... then i'll pray i get at least one girl and one boy that'll push out three and then inbreed em.... if and when i get em to push three 75% of the time, then i'll use em to make x's.... so prolly not till september.

when you talk about inbreeding is that just using brothers and sisters to make seeds, what does it do?

all auto's are ibl's, inbred lines.... that's how they become auto's, selecting the first to show sex and inbreeding untill %100. f1's are when parents of differen't genetics are used to make a new strain.... if i took lr2 and x'd with white widow those seeds would not be %100 auto's because of the white widow. so if i was a breeder i could not sell them as auto's untill i made them %100...

my inbreeding is only done with plants with odd set patterns, but this may just be a rarity... someone one here commented in my gallery that he had one like mine.

hey zoid, what were your results like with lowryders on 12/12 compared to 18/6
each test grow (for lights) was four females:
24 had no small phenos
20/4 had one small pheno
18/6 had one small pheno
16/8 had no small phenos
12/12 had one small pheno

24..................... 48 grams dry....... 12gram average
20/4...................63 grams............. 15.75gram average
18/6...................97 grams............. 24.25gram average
16/8...................101 grams.............25.25gram average
12/12..................82 grams..............20.25gram average

figure if there wasen't a small pheno's on the 18/6 and the 12/12 there would have been another 10-16 grams in the yield.

shit i guess your results show that they really do need their rest!

i'm still finishing off another grow on 12/12, but if i put the diesel ryders in and then say in about a week and a half when i'm done with the others switch to 18/6 would that be alright, would that stress them, do lowryders in general get stressed easily? or should i do it gradually?
