I left the plants in small square pots WAY too long. I transplanted them right before lights out. and next day/today they are standing straight up to the light real nice, so no transplant shock even with scratching and 'forking' out the roots on the root ball at transplant. They went into a hot mix with not enough composting time, so we will see how that goes. Bubba is in BatoAirpot and Chernobyl is in regular Bato pot. We will see difference in roots at next transplant up to bigger pot, even though they are different strains, should still be some info there. And so, now it REALLY begins.. FUCK did I leave them in tiny pots too long.. total waste of time.
At tranplant, 5.5 square KORD pots were completely full of roots, no risk of it breaking apart, was solid. Roots were very fibrous lots of tiny shit everywhere and only the begining of circling at the bottom, not too bad rootbound at all, but still shit, growth suffered almost nothing happening up above anymore they needed bigger pot more root space so bad. I fucked up, left them in there too long. I used a fork and gently raked all surfaces of the roots pulling any big fat ones out of the bunch and downloose hanging. They seem to have just continued on and standing with super turgor at the light next day so we'll see.
Og bagseed seedling; I think is a male; I've just got this feeling; and 'it's' grown hardly 1 bit for weeks. Total mutant. I knew the seed was not mature when I planted it. grrrrr so I've probably got only Bubba and Chernobyl. We'll see.
I found some worms outside the other day and made a home for them in a bucket of rich soil.. they're not trying to escape out the top, this is a good sign.. about 7 of them.. I hope they have babies.. so I just went digging and placed 1 in each of the Bubba and Chernobyl pots.. let's see if they like it in there.. and the Bubba airpot holes.. we'll see what happens.. soil was hot lots of raw goodies in there, maybe they will help me. We'll see.
