Jiffy transplant to soil

Hello,
I put some clones in jiffys pods and i've been seeing roots today.
Some have 1 root sticking out and others have like 5-10
When should i transplant them to the soil ??
Is it better to wait for more roots
Or as soon as I see 1 root I can transplant

I transplant as soon as I see the first root. Jiffy to soil isn't a big stun on the plant so you might as well give the roots as much material to stretch into as possible.

yea one root but alotta times ill wake up to like to like 4-5 and thats even better ..
