jiffy pellet- root riot cube- straight soil?

I have 4 autoflower seeds soaking in water.
What should I use to start them?
A jiffy pellet/ root riot cube/ straight into soil?
Should I place them on a heating mat?

I have been using the jiffy pellets for years on my MJ and veggies and have never had a problem with them. I usually plant them into final container a few days after they sprout up.

i used jiffy for a year and blamed them for birthing a million fungus gnats once and that was it. likely had little to do with the pellets.
but since then I over pay for rapid rooters without any issues.

I use rooters when germing and growing is difficult

like in winter or poor weather

just be careful of the damping of syndrome

be aware seeds do drown

extract to ur medium once they sink

thats about 8-12 hours from imbibtion and stratification

I've done all three, but my favorite is root riot cubes. Just be sure their not to wet.

Rapid rooters

I've always just soaked for 24 hours then transplanted into soil. I just bought rapid rooters so I hope that works out well. I wont be growing many plants from seed soon enough but I figured they would be good for my clones

How long did u leave in pellet

I just soak them 12-24h and then place them in soil or coco jiffies. I don't see any difference.
I won't use the paper towel technique since I don't see any advantage but the danger to damage the seedling
