Found a nice little spot for a few plants out in the middle of nowhere. Going chemical with these, organic in the other spot. Heard some good thing about Jacks classic so I picked up some 20-20-20. Anybody ever used it? If so, how'd it work for you? And is the 20-20-20 ok to use throughout the entire grow, or is it too much nitrogen for flowering? They didnt have the jacks bloom booster. Btw, plants will be in the ground using eb stone planting mix.(pine bark, mushroom compost, forest prod compost, chicken manure, and mycorrhizae) Thanks.

20-20-20 would work. However for the vegging process you generally want something that is very high in N, low P, average/lower K.
maybe supplement this feed with something rich in nitrogen
for flowering I like to add time released nutrients to increase PK ratio
good luck!

Thanks. I've also heard that plants could use the extra phosphorous in veggie to build strong roots. I dont know what to believe. lol. Everybodys starting to overthink these days, including myself. lol. Btw, I know for a fact that the 20-20-20 will work in veggie. Seen plenty of pics to prove it, just need to know if it will be ok for flowering? Everyone usually uses the jacks 10-30-10 in flower from what Ive read, but I cant find it. Thanks. Any more Jacks classic users around?

You're correct, the all purpose is great for veg. It can be tough to find the stuff retail, I ordered direct from their website. Using it for outdoors also this season

get the bloom 10,30,20. you can mix the 2 occaisionaly to keep N up and stay green, JR peters recommends it,http://www.jrpeters.com/Products/Jack-s-Classic/The-Dynamic-Duo.html
Cant find it locally. No ordering online for me. Grabbed some Shultz cactus plus from HD for 83cents. lol. Its 2-7-7. Gonna give it a try on a few when they start to flower. I was just wondering if 20-20-20 will take me from seed to harvest. Guess I'll have to experiment. lol. Anyone ever used jacks 20-20-20 from seed to flower? Anyone?
