Hello everyone,
Today I started some seeds. They are some seeds that came out of my crop after 1 of my plants went hermie. To give a little background, I have a perpetual grow setup and have had this strain of jackfrost for about a year. I haven't had any major problems with them until recently. These last 2 cycles some of the jacks started growing funny due to a combination of things, most of which was overferting. It seems you can't use 2 seperate nut systems without unexcected consicuences especially when you are told 1 of them is an additive not a nutrient. So this last cycle is what put them over the edge. We had a problem with power and our timers got fried. So anywhere from 2-5 days the plants didn't have light. 1 or more of the jacks that were exibiting retarded growth hermied. Now not all of the jacks had problems in fact most of them, although were very small and grew slow they maintained their female traits throughout and were a very lush green, side effect of overferting. So we removed the herms but not until they nutted all over the jacks. These seeds are result of misinformation and shitty luck, but some of the best discoveries in the world were done by accident so I decided to give them a shot. I'm hopin they are feminized. I've read alot about feminized seeds because I wanted to purchase some and a hermie crossed with a pure female is suppose to do just that. This is my journal on how it will go.
If anyone has any suggestions or has an opinion go ahead and leave a post. If all you want to do is talk shit and cause drama please do us all a favor and hit the back button on your browser and go somewhere else
