jack the ripper to me was very savory almost more like a food garnish than marijuana.. similar to its cousin The Third Dimension .. a rich, strange taste that made me crave it sometimes like food.. smelled like cat poop when first cut..

i'm sorry that TGA does not provide fem seeds or i would try more things from them for sure..

Fem seeds are inferior and no I'm not a big TGA follower.

I have 1 jack the ripper going right now (it's bag seed from a couple buds I got from sub cool) no idea who the father was, but mine is SUPER saliva, these leaves make my SSH leaves look fat. Being so saliva no surprise it is taking forever to develop, 37 days into flower still not packing on the resin, but around day 34 it brought out a lemon smell, I hate the pheno diversity of TGA!!!

i love fem seeds.. at least the ones i have ordered have had very close to 100% germ / 100% female..
i am not a breeder however..

edit - oh - i am talking about feminized seeds - not Female Seeds..

I agree ford if he sold fems I would invest again in his gear until then its a lot of other greatness out there ta try

yep.. i am enjoying Greenhouse, Barney's Farm, now days some G13.. i want to stick to reputable breeders from now on - had a bad experience with some Black Label Master Kush - $3 femed seeds - now i won't buy anything unless it is a known breeder.. I would love to eventually try Soma, Sensi, but some are sooo expensive...

My only regret is i didn't get JTR seeds a long time ago. I'm into my first run with it. Just like Sub's description. Spear shaped/triangle buds, resic coated and stinks to high heaven of lemon scent. IMO, I hope TGA NEVER makes fem seeds. YOU CAN'T RUSH DANK!

i had no such problems with my black label masterkush at all. they flipped on their own under 24h of flourescent, and although the plants were on the small size and i got 3 different phenos... 1 "gold" 2-3 greens and one really cool crimson one, i got an acceptable, though unimpressive midrange buzz out of them all that was no worse than expected and will be using the crimson pheno for breeding something, maybe with tart cherry buddha's sister if i ever get around to selecting a male to pass the color trait.

i've heard the one person here dis black label and another their sister company (???) high quality seeds as schwag and i've had consistently good results with everything i've tried by both so far, though HQS thai skunk was only average compared to other hazes & jacks

Good stuff, that is surely gonna be some of the dankest you have ever smoked hazey! DANK I say! And with the .5 to 1.5 grams that each of these bad girls should yield you won't have to worry about smoking any commercial for at least a day.

Actually to be honest I've seen better weed growing by mistake. This is why people don't respect your opinion on here. Do you ever ask why some people are able to finish plants, or why most people use flower pots (or grow bag, etc.). You give constant advise to people on anything and everything but you don't take the time to learn how to grow. Have you ever wondered why some peoples buds are bigger than your plants? Why did you top a plant at the fourth node and flower it in a beer cup? Also don't you have hundreds of posts about how much you hate indicas, yet you have a indy dom strain and say there is nothing wrong with it yet fail to realize we can see the pic? I can't imagine what a good haze or your beloved columbian would do using this method.

Please, stop sharing grow advise with unsuspecting newbs and ask others for help until you have a nice mature nugget to show for your efforts.

i have grown out some very tasty dense buds from fem seeds myself.. i am no expert, but i am an outdoor gardener and it sucks when one of my few plants gets all the way to september before i have to pull it because it goes male.. since i am not breeding i feel great about getting femmed seeds - i had worse luck buying clones..

flower time was long,10 weeks.it just got more and more purple.it was a clone from friend.got about a qp off one.

I'm actually the one who came up with that quote Sub ran with it... although it's always possible thought of it at some other point... i suggested it in the weed nerd thread first as a t-shirt slogan And I didn't even get a free shirt!
