Sensi seeds has the original, but like all their strains, its spendy.

Sannies, by all accounts, has a great version he's been stabilizing for quite a few years, and you'll save a few bucks with his strain.

I've never grown it myself, but this strain is known to be stretchy, takes a bit longer to mature, and is a little more picky than many of the strains people commonly grow.

Also, for what its worth the Mr. Nice "Super Silver Haze" strain, was supposedly developed using the same basic parent strains as Jack Herer, just a different selection. As a somewhat similar strain that's highly regarded in its own right, that could be a reasonable alternative to the above.

@Kentuck, Mr.G... Jack Herer is in my opinion the best herb out there. I have smoked many many strains over 20 years and when my buddy and I sat down with a bowl of wonderfully grown Jack we nodded at each other like cavemen. It was what we had been looking for all that time. Jack Herer is in a class all its own. Top Shelf. A+

I grew out GHS Jack Herer. It grew shitty for me, I gifted my keeper to a friend. Out of the 6 I got, they were all almost identical, one was just a little bigger. I do an mostly veganic run with the exception of Budswell. I personally think it is a little too soft for it. It does crappy in my Organic run, but great in my buddies FF run. He was rubbin it in with the coke can colas he was showing me. So maybe it just loves chems better? I don't know. I wouldn't recommend anyone to grow this version. I picked it up as a newb and didn't know who had the right JH.

I remember when they called it "Jah Herer", i thought it was a Light of Jah x Jack Herer.... it may still be.

more likely, you just heard someone say it wrong, or they were referring to something else.

Jack Herer is named after a person; The Emperor, Jack Herer.

as his name was never "Jah", the strain was never called Jah, unless again, you just heard someone say it wrong, or they were referring to something else.

i mean the old version of homegrown fantaseeds earlier flowering jack. http://en.seedfinder.eu/strain-info/Jah_Herer/Homegrown_Fantaseeds/ i'm thinking they simply renamed it over the years
Homegrown fantaseeds definitely DID offer something it called "Jah Herer" at one point.

Its supposedly a particular stabilized cross of Jack Herer. I don't know if any is still available, or if they offer it any more, but this link purports to actually have some for sale, if you're interested:
