Jack Flash #5 - outdoors - first grow

This is the very first time i'm growing. Completely newbie so i keep reading and learning. I decided to do this just for fun and trying to invest as less as possible (there will be time for that when i become more experienced), so that's why i decided to grow outdoors.

It was not my intention to keep a journal, but as i find myself paying a lot of attention to this one i decided i could post here some pics and try and keep it updated so i can have some suggestions from more experienced growers.

I got a feminized seed of Jack Flash #5 from Sensi Seed.
A bag of soil from a gardening store in the area composed of coconut fibre, vegetal compost, pearls and organics. It states a ph: 6.5-7.2
A ph tester.
I was lucky as my brother used to grow and he had some products of technaflora that he was not using anymore that he could pass me.

I started germination on the 24th. Probably a bit late grow, but i hope it grows enough.

I germinated the seed using two plates and placing them over a hard disk drive (yep, you are reading ok) that produces slight heat so it would help condensation happen.I used tap water (didn't mind the chlorine at this moment). The seed looked like this after 24h of germination:

I decided to leave it for some more time before planting. When i started germinating , also put some soil in a pot, watered with regular tap water and left it where the plant will stay before transplanting into a bigger pot. Also left some tap water aside, mixed with the right proportion of "Thrive Alive B-1 Red" that would stay like that until the planting time would arrive. Measured the ph, it's at 6.5.
This is where the plant would stand:

After 50mins since previous check (a bit obsessive i must admit) , it was ready to be planted:

I planted it with the sprout facing down and watering the soil with the mix of water and Thrive Alive i had prepared before. And waited....

36h later...the sprout started to show off the soil...

48h from germination:

72h from germination:

And these taken today, not even 4 days from germination:

It seems quite happy and growing fast where it is, so by now, i have no plans to move it until i have to transplant it to a bigger pot, which will probably stay at the same place.

Right now, after 3 1/2 days, i have watered it just twice, one with regular tap water that i had left aside for 48h and another one with just a bit of Thrive Alive B-1 Red (less than half of the suggested proportion as i'm a newbie and dunno if it's such a good idea to water it using products all the time) , being around 48h between them. Next time i have to water it i will be using just tap water (of course left aside for some time).

Right now it's under around 7hours of straight sunlight and like 3-4h more of not straight light.

As i said i'm a complete newbie so any suggestions are welcome!
And thanks of all the info in the forums for starters like me!

Quick update.

A drama has happened. Yesterday afternoon i checked the seedling and it was growing fine but checked again after 15mins and i found it broken...probably a bird was responsible...

I was not very confident it would survive but i tried to make it stand with a straw and leave it the whole night standing. I used just a little bit of thrive alive red b-1 (0,5ml for 75cl of water) and watered it...i'm going to leave it like that and see what happens, but it seems it was coming strong and it wants to live as another small pair of leaves is showing and it's not dead after around 12h...
I'm crossing my fingers...

Some pics...

Sounds like you have everything in order for this one. I'm sure the straw will hold.
I grew this strain awhile back and loved it. My big problem was being impatient and taking it a bit too early. Best advice I can give is to let it finish completely.
The buds end up looking like little X-mas trees. Merry X-mas, lol

Really bad news guys...we went through a tremendous heat wave and both plants were too weak for it.

I tried to save them but it was impossible :(
