now if only i could kill these mites. i'm ready to flower. i need to do a couple hours work to the room then it's go time. the mites are still everywhere but i've got a few more things to try. they must be in my veg area. down in the cracks and what-not. i'm going to flower this group then tear everything down and start over.

sorry.

i will be flowering under a 600w HPS in a 3 X 3 foot room. i was going to get a new 6" inline fan but the shelf at the hydro store were bare. no panda plastic either. i have some mylar laying around. i'm in MIRACLE GROW soil. i have 13 females and 1 male. i will be seeding 1 of the females with the male. 9 of these cuttings were a branch that broke off of one of my outdoor plants a few months ago. it was 1 branch that i cut into 9 pieces. hopefully tomorrow i will get my chores done and have things up and running.

ack

didn't you swear off indoor?

haha

best of luck this winter...

note the "breeding" reference and the "accidental" clones.:mrgreen: i didn't mean to. i just wanted a few beans. i hope to pull an lb. that's my goal on this grow. i think i could do it no problem if it weren't for the mites. last time i flowered in this room the mites won.

you didn't say what strain... might i enquire as to what branch you culled the clones from?

you gonna try anything new for the mites this time?
predator mites?

AS far as those damn knats. I read that a small cup of wine vinegar with a few drops of Dawn dish soap stirred into it will attract and kill. I have been doing it and am happy with the results. They are nasty wankers to get rid of for sure.

hortilux bulb, ballast and hood i bought last year. all top dollar. not digital though.

strains are:

9 - raft F1
1 - juicy (?) gifted seed stock
3 - female hijack F1
1 - male hijack F1

i will be seeding the hijack with the hijack to produce F2's.

i've got avid, bug-busters, neem oil, and some dish soap. gonna mix up a potion. it will either kill the mites or the plants. strongest survive.

somethings gotta kill them shits...

are you planning on flowering in those tiny pots?

i don't know. i have new pots and soil but i pulled one out of the pot today and it just has a nice thin layer of hairy roots at the bottom. i may put them in bigger pots and veg for a week or 2 under the HPS before going 12/12. just so i don't have to water twice a day and also so they don't fall over. they're gonna get top heavy.:blsmoke:

:D you'd be surprised. but usually only about 3 feet tall. the width and fim teq is what brings home the bacon.
