ive broke my plant training :(

ive broke my plant training.. well gutted:cry: it snapped in the middle where the top got taken out on the main trunk i have put a cable tie round it to hold it back together does anyone think it will live im 2 weeks into flower

i was thinking of leaving it for a week or so then putting a bandage round it or somthing more flexable

will it rebuild its strengh so i can remove the aid if it lives on???

if its just bent, then should be fine, but if "severed" then very likely not. however, bending the stems over is sometimes termed at supercropping, and it works. meaning, the plant continues to grow as long as the full integrity of the stem is not breached. good luck! Walk On!~

cheers guys for the speedy responses


yes it has severed right down the middle but i straped it back up with a cable zip tie its a good clean break about 1/2 inch into the trunk

i reckon its got 2 hopes


see what happens and be more carefull next time

don't under stand is it spit down the middle or cut off the the main stem? a pic ud be nice:roll:

It will survive and thrive. It will probably harden at the split and grow a huge lump there but it will survive. Take off the cable ties and just wrap a bit of tape around it and it should be fine. I have split mine like that before and I did not even tape it up. I just propped the weak side up against the main stalk again and it lumped up and kept on going. Giving me some nice buds.

thats the sort of info i need cheers buddy what do u thinks a bit of electrical tape? its stretchy...
