If i was to plant tomorrow since it's so late in the year what would be better???
auto-flower or regular

I dissagree, auto flowers finish in about 60 days ( 2 months) out door you could get maybe 2 oz off a good autoflower....If you got regular strains, they could be vegging up untill about sep/oct.... giving 3 months vegg time and another 2 months flowering....The plants will be much bigger, thus bigger yeild....

Na, its never too late.
They may be small but they will bud.

Regular, more weight. When the sun still feels warm ,its not too late. They will finish about 3-4 weeks later than normal (around nov).
