Hemp certainly is a profitable crop..YES iindeed!!!!!!![/QUOTE
The information in that link is based on current prices that reflect the increasing demand and very limited supply. While hemp is a fabulous plant it is many years away from being available for the myriad of uses for which people get a hard-on. If the industries for which hemp is suitable can evolve in a way that makes hemp economically viable as feed stock then the demand will go through the roof and so will the prices, then we are back to farmers choosing the crop that will get them the most money and that may be hemp.

That is what I mean by 'in your own words'.

Madoc Ontario used to the the WORLDS BEST HEMP area.. :)

still grows O natural too ;) @ 10 feet with seeds upon seeds
My father used to drive transport across canada and still raves about driving through towns all along eastern ontario and the quebec border. Small towns of nothing but hemp for as far as the eye could see. He also claims that there is a massive field in quebec of nothing but bud grown by one of the tobacco companies there for research. He said its at least 100acres surrounded by barb wire and security roads.

I thought hemp was the most robust of all the plant species and can grow pretty much anywhere in any medium and environment.
