Its that time of year?

When do most of you plant/transplant your girls outdoors? I started from seed and theyre about 3 inches tall and about a month old. Did I miss the boat to get a real good size harvest by fall?
 
i'd think you could still put them out.. i put tomatoes out late they are doing great.
 
Oh yeah. Have a nice private grow area now. Finally got off my butt and cleaned it up last fall. Took the grass out and put in a few inches of gravel. Hubby put a fence around there for me. No more excuses. LOL
