TBH, I only knew of the NYAG and VA investigations, so, good post. It's a good bet that Trump's toadies haven't forgotten. I'm guessing a lot of political pressure is being brought to bear. Something like: "I'd hate for something to happen to that interchange you want to build with federal funds". So, yeah.
