I can assure that you are wrong CannaPanda.

Any attempt to interfere with the seemless "transition" of power from "one party to another" would be met with rebellion, resistance and great amounts of civil disturbance.

Besides, it's not a real transfer of power, the bankers are still in charge, :wall::wall::wall:
I Believe I Started It Off With 'IF the Democrats were smart'
but other than that i dont understand what youre talking about... our government has been trading parties for years upon years and theres been little to no civil disturbances. other than from the Coffeshop Revolutionaries who will just talk about how its fucked up...
Yes ur rite.. bankers will always win.. thats why i always volunteer for the position on monopoly...
I dont see how, if they really wanted to end the 'war' why they wouldnt make a deal to reduce troop numbers for the multi billion bailout... less money to troops more to the failed quasi-govt. companies...

Cause they don't want to end the war, not until after Obama is president, and even then probably not until it becomes politically expedient to do so.

I was referring to the part in your post about them deploying troops here to quell civil disobedience.

I mean, Bush would have to be totally retarded to actually think any attempt to create a dictatorship wouldn't result in his death with in 24 hours at the hands of a mob in D.C.

If he lasted longer than that the mob would rapidly grow in size, and scope.

That's an interesting question...

How many psycho's are there out there who thought that it'd be worth a visit to a Federal Pound-Me-In-The-Ass Prison to attempt to assassinate Bush.

Taxing corporations less just puts more money into the pockets of CEO's. If they are paying less tax, they sure the hell aren't going to divide that money amongst the empolyees, they're going to take a vacation. :wall:

Or better yet, why not abolish the capital gains tax and let private sector capital flood the system and pay for NEEDED uses and to create jobs? And while were on the subject, why not reduce the corporate income tax rates so we are competitive with our foreign trade partners? Seems to me, the more government gets out of the way, the better the economy will be.

It puts more cash in the pockets of Shareholders, and if SS was abolished, I'm sure corporations would be happy to give that money to the employees and shareholders.

Corporations are not EVIL, just subject to being hijacked by greedy assholes.

The answer isn't government regulation, the answer is shareholders putting the breaks on runaway CEO Compensation.
