It Will Grow?

Hi!
I have to ask something, I am Guerilla grower and i have 2 plants growing about 2-3 weeks, They are only 10-20 cm long whith healthy leafs, but problem is, now is middle of summer and i want to know they will make it and they will produce buds until they die from cold?

Now sun is very hot and night are very warm...
I Live in Latvia.

The age of the plants will not make a difference, they will produce SOME bud but because they will be in the vegetative for a short time, but it should still be good.
I live in MA and i just started 5 seeds last week. 1 of them got dug up today by and animal and i messed up with the root system of two others, but maybe if the ones i messed with survive ill have an ounce or two come october.
