Only two countries voted against an independent UN investigation into Israel's massacre of unarmed Palestinian protesters:

Israel's bitch (USA) and the United States' bitch (Australia).

Basically, the US and Australia are now officially international pariahs.

You need to do some research on the UN security council its members and how many times It voted on isreal let's say in the last 5 years. While real terrorism is going on around the world. I've been the see Rage Against the Machine don't know wtf you're talking about. I think quite possibly the dumbest people in the world are those like sour wreck who choose their friends based on their political ideology their music based on the group members idology and chooses where to work based on their political ideology how much more sheep could you be?

If what happened in Gaza happened in southeast Asia or the eastern bloc, there would be cries of genocide and world War from the left in the US and not a peep one way or another from the right. But since it's Isreal, the left in the US is only so-so up in arms. "it's horrible, but they are jews, so we still have to cut them some slack" seems to be a dumbed down version of the rhetoric on the left. And the right couldn't be happier. Anytime white folks are killing brown folks, it's a good day to the right.

Israel deserves to be sanctioned so hard it'll look like Palestine again in 5 years. But we all know nothing will come of it, it will get brushed under the rug of more localized issues around the world.

Not sure what you are expecting. Support for Israel before the crimes against Palestinians in Gaza was 27% and dropping.



Oh yeah, a Republican president is going to press for sanctions against Israel.

No question Democrats were good allies with Israel. Obama was making moves that angered them but he was always the go along get along middle of the road make no waves type.

Totally agree with you that US should drop all support for Israel and contemplate a blockade until they lift theirs on Gaza and sign a peace accord that includes aid on the order of 30% Israel's GDP to Gaza and the West Bank until economic parity with Israel is achieved.
