like, using someone elses pollen to pollinate ur plant, and then you use your pollen to pollinate another plant, in order to make 2 new strains?

Well, it certainly sounds harmless, but I'm sure theres a law somewhere that the cops could use to apply to that. I think the better question is why is it illegal

i don't guess it would be. dont think the cops want to spend money on testing pollen. the just want to take the buds

selling any part of a marijuana plant is illegal even the roots and pollen.
as far as the police are concerned its all the same crime

what about seeds then? im in the uk though, so i dont know about american laws if thats were you are

Thats funny.. my guess is if u got busted with a bag full of pollen the pigs might think its meth or someth'n so i donno bout it.
