Is this weed ok

i bought an eigth and lots of the packet is quite dusty and dry with shitty sticks and stems
Heres two buds out of it
Its either northern lights.

that dust is dried trichomes! smoke it

throw a small peice of orange peel in with the bag like the size of you pinky fingernail. it will moisten the bud back up. but id smoke it, looks like good bud just a little dry

I've had dried out weed before its not gonna hurt you to smoke it. if its that dry the only thing you gotta worry about is that it could have lost some of its potency.

id throw small slice of carrot not orange peel unless you like your orange bud.

the bud does not soak up the orange smells it just pulls the moisture out of the peel and into the dry bud, but yea i can see a carrot working too.....
