Is this the normal growth for 3 weeks

My organic cannabis had 3 weeks old is this normal growth or there is problem?

That plant could have easily grown without grower input on that soil alone. It is probably stunted , and yes that can happen too.
So not sure what you are doing as far as “ organic cannabis “ ..... so fill us in .

So the leaves the grower ( you ) possibly doing things you were not supposed too ?

You have a problem........probably lack of oxygen in the root zone.
3 weeks for a comparison.

Keeping the soil too wet and not having anything added for aeration.

May be overwatered. Soil looks wet.
In my opinion, If the roots have water at all times then there is
no need for the roots to grow. I like to let mine dry out a bit for
a bit for the roots grow and stretch out to look for water. Does no harm
to the plant(s) and I'm sure they like it due to their positive response.

Could also be a lack of nutrients in the soil? Not sure what type of soil
your using.

I use organic compost soil with prelite

In most cases, finished compost is classified as a soil conditioner rather then a fertilizer
due to the relatively low levels of nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus. Finished compost adds
these elements and others, but releases them over a longer period of time.
Perlite does help with aeration. It has high permeability and low water retention and helps prevent
soil compaction.

I like both. Sometimes I like to grow all organic and sometimes chemical.
Sometimes I grow organic with chemical combined. You would think chemical nutrients
cancel out the organics in the soil but I have grown many and mostly healthy plants 6'-12'
using this method as well.
I do outdoor grows. Basically it comes down to what you prefer (organic, chemical or both combined).
They all work well for me.

2 weeks in organic soil for comparison.

These are 3 weeks, in Miracle-Gro moisture control soil. I kept the soil soaked.

Good Job! I am personally not a fan of MG products...kudos to you. I am quite sure they are ready for a bigger space.
