Yes I would hope you would be subjected to harshest penalties available. The widget business relies on providing the public with quality made, safe widgets. By having a central authority demand all widgets be produced with the public’s safety in mind the public can rest easy their widget won’t kill them. Your widgets ..... well not so much :(.
If he makes his widgets out of poop and sells them only to his bed-wetting ancap buddies, I wouldn't mind. If he were to advertise them as quality made products and sell them in a storefront in an established location where other businesses were operating under license, he would likely have to be shut down by authorities out of concern for his own safety.

The only man doing the kicking around here is me brother. I'm gonna overhead kick you communists back into marx's grave. But you're all talk no walk you don't have the cajones to step into the squared circle at Hardcore Havoc for a coffin match with a freak like me. I don't care if you're chinese, mexican, or liberal white. You're gonna be black and blue when you hit that coffin brother.

Glad to see that your beautiful loving sweet soft caring mother did not raise you to believe that it is right to kick a person out a store due to color of skin. What age did you start becoming and defending racist beliefs ?
I'm glad your mother raised you to know that forcing other people to serve you against their will, isn't very nice.

I've never defended racist beliefs. I've defended a racists right to control their OWN body and property, even if I don't like the choices they make.

and racist can control there body and business. If you desire to have a racists business, run it as a private club....NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
I take it you have never ran a business

By supporting their right to be a racist you are defending them.

The fact that a person MUST seek permission from an "authority" to declare the status of their property is the evidence you are ignoring when you think you are defending what you falsely believe are equal rights. The presence of an authority dictating to a neutral party, ensures the conversation ISN'T about equal rights.

Rights and revocable granted privileges granted by an "authority" are not the same thing.

Since you and I can't delegate a right we don't possess. (It's demonstrably impossible.) No other person could either. Which means, "government" persons couldn't possibly delegate a right that none of them possess either....unless you think impossible things are possible.

Since you apparently believe that if you get enough people to believe in something which is impossible you can make the impossible, possible, I'm afraid I'm going to have speak to your therapist and see about upping your med dose.

i will address this because i received an offer letter from a potential employer. the money was right but the terms were all pro employer more-so than the usual for this industry. i consulted other professionals including my attorney 'well, they sure made it all about themselves didn't they?'..i was going to decline (my inner voice said 'no' when i read it initially) and then decided to counter just to see how flexible they were (because they weren't at all)..they wanted me to UL my last 20 years of contacts and networking but wouldn't even give me one item i asked for in a counter..needless to say they failed their test.

moral of the story: if you want an employee with stellar resume, where you remark about the extent of their 20 year-old DB and the fact they don't job hop..'10 years at XXXXXXX'!!!! how did you do that? 'we never see resumes like this anymore..' IT'S NOT FREE AND TIME TO PAY UP SUCKERS!!! the job market is WIDE open and i can pick and choose, NOW, or you can get your human capital from our beloved millennials (the perfectionist, motivate me with their need for mental health days off) or gen z (the 'aims to please' multi-tasker with end result of ALL tasks performed incorrectly).

good luck growing your company:lol:
