Is this stretching at all?

Seems to be stretching a little bit to me right now. Currently about 34 inches below a 600w MH right now I think. It currently on its 4th day above ground.

Looks good!
I use 600w MH for seedlings also.
Mine is glass covered with air running through it so my setup may not be the same as yours.
What works well for me is I start at 36" when the seedling pops then over the course of 5 - 7 days I slowly bring the light to 24" and they do quite well.
