hey guys plants are over 2 months old went through hell n back just getting these started.

the roots no matter what dont want to go in the water. they pull out easy n are a lil slimey. i just killed this plant n im tempted to get rid of the other 2 n start over.

Blast em with 3 ml/gallon 30% peroxide every 2 days for a couple weeks, they'll come back, mine did.
I had similar issues. I soaked my plants in ~5-10% for 20-30 minutes at a time, then rinsing under warm water, then dunking back in the H2O2. I did this for days before they finally recovered. My problem steamed from the starter cubes being too wet, so I made sure to soak the plants up into the starter cubes. Here's before and after pics

Believe it or not, but the plant now near harvest is the same plant!

quick question, what size tote is that? 17gallon or 27? and also how many plants u got in each tote?

Yes like others said, thats defiantly bad. follow the h2o2 people advised and it should bounce back. Also i use h2o2 in both my RDWC setups religiously, every 3 to 4 days i give about 1 to 2ml per gallon of 35% food grade H2o2 to keep the res clean. Warnings, make sure you dilute the h2o2 about 10 to 1 before adding it or you could fry your plants ( it just happened to me :( ) Good luck
