Is this reveg?

So I'm having some weird stuff going on with one of my girls. I think it might be reveging though I'm not sure. I have her in soil in a 7gl smart pot outdoors. She's been showing signs of budding for a few weeks now. The strain is white buffalo a Romulan cross.

It's got a few of those spiral leaves throughout. You're saying I should cut them? It's my first grow sorry if I sound dumb. Thanks. Rest of my stuff is going semi decent I think

I didnt know you had more than one. this is a condition.
according to rosenthal this is a sign of reveg.
I suspect a ph issue, assuming all of your micronutrient needs are being met?

how many hours of daylight are they getting?

No it's just happening to that one. My ph is good. Usually around 6.3. I uped my next batch of water to 6.5 since I've been reading 6.5-7.0 is optimal. My backyard gets hit with direct sunlight from 7-7. I have been slacking on my feeding but started giving them fish and kelp fertilizer along with an organic 5-4-2. They seem much happier and greener ever since.

that is not reveg

reveg it will send off 3 bladed leaves and the veins will be really spaced out. this will happen for a week or two and then normal leaves will come out
