I'm growing in a rather small container right now and will have to until I move out (likely not for another year) and I've been spending quite some time coming up with how to best utilize my space. Here's what I came up with;
As the plant grows through veg, I bend the stem horizontally to the right by gently manually bending the stem, then once it gets to the edge, start bending it the other way. I Know I'll probably need to put in something to support the plant from falling over, but say if you grow a plant that loops from side to side will it work? I'm not talking about turning it around super sharply, like just bending it to grow in the other direction. Will the water not travel correctly or will something else happen?
