is this pollen sachs I can see?

I just noticed some "balls" inside of the weed of my girl. And I was wondering if that might be pollen sacks and that it is a hermie?

the fat hairy thing you can see on top

what is it then? and do is it normal that weed feels "sticky" to you hands when picking on it?

Yes its the resin the plant is extruding. Try not to touch the buds too much. And it appears the pollen sack ur talking about is just a swollen calyx. Calyxes are what make up a bud and the swell up and grow ontop of eachother until a beautiful nuggy is formed

Looks like a polinated calyx is what he's saying. When they're pollinated and start producing seeds, people will say the bud was "seeded"

If that's a seed developing and that's your only plant, then yes. I don't see any pollen sacs in that picture, but that doesn't mean they didnt develop elsewhere.
