Is this PM or am I just tripping?

So this is my first grow so I don't know if Im over seeing things or not. So it started this morning I opened up my tent to see how they were looking when I noticed some white spots on some of the leaves on the plaint.

Note: These are clones that have been transplanted just under a week ago and they had suffer some heat stress from my hps light but I have fix that problem by putting in fluorescent light and turning off my hps until the clones are better rooted.
Also they are all in foxfarm ocean forest soil and have had nothing but water.
The temp in my tent is from 70-79 degrees.
The humidity is between 40% to 55%

it looks like pm but tbh i cant tell from the photos. look at it with a loup, pm is pretty obvious when you look up close.

If it is pm what is the best way to fight it?

When I rub it, it does seem to come off somewhat.

are you sure about humidity?
check if they are getting bigger in time
also, you might splash water on it

Baking Soda, bicarbonate of soda, is a home remedy. It contains sodium so using it too often will be harmful to the plant. Use one tablespoon per gallon and spray the leaves thoroughly
fuck i`m curing all plants on rollitup forum with baking soda
what the fuck
baking soda+cannabis=love?
it worked great for me not for p.m but other problems like soil too hot or nute lockout
