Is this Plant Ready to be Transplanted?

Hey guys, so I'm more of a hobby/weekend grower and I'm interested in if this plant is ready to be transplanted? This one is about 2 weeks old and has grown alot, but no leaves are coming out yet. I'm very proud of this baby and I really want her to succeed
Dunno what strain it is, my friend gave the seeds to me

that as really over stretched. what light you got her under and how far is it from the plant. also what medium you want to transplant to. we she still be under the same light. sorry for all the questions. just need the info to be able to help

also how old is she. i transplant when i see the 2nd set of true leafs at around day 12 to 14 from when she broke ground. when you move her make sure you put a good bit of her stem under you're medium and be careful with the oc fans been directly on her. for now just keep feeding her water say till you a least see the 2nd true set of leafs start to come through

I have bought something called a "plant light", it shines purple and is i think 30watts strong.
I want to transplant into the same soil, just a bigger cup. The soil is bought from a local flower shop.
As i dont know how far the light is, i made a photo for you to judge if it's too far or to close.
As I said, I am a noob, but i really want to get started
And yes, I am planning it to keep it under the same light, if that is ok?

Way to far away, and a bad light, sorry to say. Even if it is the cfl style.

Is the light hot? can you show us where to purchase one of these so we can check the specs?

its ready to be transplanted but you have had the light to far from the plant so it stretched out for light and is to tall. You can start the seedlings with a simple day light low wattage for the first 2-3 weeks with 24 hr light and about 3-4"inch higher from the plant so they grow shorter and bushier

As for grumpy - why do you think it's a bad light?
It was the only light i could find that has the "normal" screw on it. The only "CFL" lights i could find were with the halogen screw and I could not fit it in any of the lights i own.

The light indeed is hot. I found the box of it, i can tell you that it is Megaman's 15W plant light E27.
I think that now my answers apply to all of you

30watt you mentioned and 15watt is a lot of difference for us to determine the problem. so if its 15 it should be fine just keep it at a lower distance from the plant so it doesnt stretch to high. Do you see any roots at the bottom of your cup? I just started to and Im learning as I go, its a great experiment and experience. Good luck

Thanks man i will move it so its a bit closer, thanks guys, you are the most helpful forum i have ever visited, wich prooves - stoners are nice people
As for the roots - I do not know if it's the root or the reflection from the foil. As I said - i will transplant when I see the second row of leaves.

If your going to use that kind of light I think you'll need like 7 more at least to grow anything of value. Just to get it to flower you'll need 3. You have to keep them close too so if its hot getnew lights. Try cfls they are like 10 bucks at any grocery or hardware store. 6500k daylight for veg. 2700k warm white for flower. Keep them an inch away. They aren't hot enough to burn a plant unless its touching the light with no air circulation. When you transplant bury that stem a lot.

Plant lights marketed as plants lights (usually bluefish in color) are for house plants and do nothing more than keep them alive at best, MJ in a flowering plant, that needs better lighting for vigorous growth.

So guys, just wanted to make a lil' "update" and ask is the light too near the plants? I don't think it's gonna burn the leaves or anything.
My plants are making progress, I have recently added some new sprouts.
I will transplant the big one probably tomorrow.
