sure looks like a female flower but its missing its pistils.
ok i seen it today in the same spot as the pic, and i can see about 4 or 5 pistils on the top part and they are REALLY REALLY SMALL i mean you have to look really closely.one of them is shaped in a loop and curly.
now tomorow its going to be a week into force flowerig, in do you guys think its growing slow? should i use mg 15-30-15 all purpose plant food

umm... good question. I would say no not yet. From my experience last year, I didnt have preflowers until august and the weather has been horrible here so im confused too. I'm going to wait until maybe aug 1st to call it day one. It all depends what the plant wants to do.
