How do I know if the plant is hungry?
First signs of need are of the lower leaves, discoloration, distortion, or both. Pro's do it all by measurements, I'm an armature but I use organics so nute burn is a low risk for me. If you're on chemicals you need to study how to properly add them, also if I where you Id test the soil and see what it needs.

I assume you can purchase a test kit at your local hardware store, one that includes pH N Pa K test for all the basic nutes.

For example I look at the plant and ask myself should that be like this? The right question to ask about your plants currently is, "Why are the leaves curling up?"

Now if you have the correct question its time to start your search for the correct answer, ya know dude?

I think you should be running your lights 18/6. Give them time to rest. And yes you absolutely need a fan blowing on your plant atleast for streanthing the stem n giving it oxygen. N honestly you only need like a 3:1 ratio of light spectrum. Get 3 simple 5000k 23w 120v cfl n then 1 2700k 23w 120v cfl. Keep them like 3 inchs ta 4 away n youll be suprized.

Hey I know this is random but I would also like to know if my plant is doing okay, I topped it and now it's growing back weird, I can't tell if these are new colas, and the main stem looks like it's growing new leaves, does anyone have an idea of what's happening or how many colas this is? 1535248499344518795746.jpg 15352485596231379071100.jpg
