Is this normal????

Ok so ive notice that since my plant is in the flowering stage every time i turn the lights off the leafs and everything start to droop. But when the lights come on the leafs go back up and do there thing. It doesnt seem to be affecting my plant if its not normal but i need some help.

plants will do that when the lights go out... doesn't sound at all unusual to me.

sounds normal to me....if it was the other way round it might mean trouble but I think its what plants do
