Is this normal ? what could be wrong

i have two babys one is an unknown but the guy i got it from said she was a kush so only time will tell the other is a mids seed that i got out of a friends sack i have pics here of both was curious if my kush plant or seedling is okay it doesnt look like the mids seedling wich has its leaves both where planted on the same day 1/23/13 im only giving both just water and im spraying them with a spray bottle i was wondering if the yellow is a warning sign if you can see in the pic my humidity stays around fifty and my temp is at 83-85 im using a cfl not sure what wattage tho just trying to give enough detail to maybe tell me more whats wrong do i need to seperate lights for each one the cfl wasnt cheap so i know the wattage has to be some what high i got for my old lizard cage it def has a very blue glo not sure if that means its in the right kelvins range or not plz let me know i dont want to mess my first grow up cause of some stupid mistake i can fix early p.s. the one with two pic of the same plant show sorta the front and back and the yellow this is the im talking about thats the kush the other is the mids which looks healthy to me the brown you see on its leaf is just whats left after the bean cap came off let me know if you could use some more info

chill man its all good the biggest thing i have learned from growing pot is to relax. it looks to me like it came from the shell of the seed but those leafs mean nothing in the long run. dont freak out when you see a brown spot they happen if you have lots its a problem

Looks like a seedling man, the top should turn upwards in the next day or so, and the leaves will start. They don't need much water right now at all, its very easy to over water seedlings, and that will slow the growth.

alright cool i thought maybe it wasnt getting enough light or something but when time come what nutes should i start introducing them im on a budget tho things you can possible pick up at your local stores

It will be weeks before you even need to start thinking about nutes, do a search on here for nutes, and you'll get all kinds of ideas on diffferent stuff.
