Is this nitrogen tox?

So I’m literally pulling my hair out of my head, I’ve had this problem ands it’s only been getting worse and worse. I’m in hydroponic and originally my ppm were way to high so I diluted it down to 800, and yesterday I did a half transfer so I took out 10 gallons and replaced 10 gallons with quarter strength Nutes with very little floramicro to reduce nitrogen; 25 gallon res. Leaves have insanely curled under, and have this polka dot effect all over most of the leaves including other plants in the same res. It’s slightly starting to downward canoe today. What is going on?? Like can this be nitrogen tox still at this point? Temps are fine, humidity is fine, can the lights being too bright cause this, can the lights not being bright enough do it? This morning ph is 5.8 and ppm is 720, yes I know ec is better but I don’t have one of those atm. Plant is around 4 weeks, and I feel like they could also be slightly stunted due to it.

I think your seeing the effects from the period of time that ppm was high, claws and the speckles.
So I’ve been experimenting the last several days, and I think your correct. I adjusted the ppms to adequate levels right around 780; I was hovering around 1250, not sure what I was doing. It appears that the issue isn’t getting worse, so I can only assume it was an issue of too high of ppm and immobile nutrients being locked out, cause I’m not seeing it on newer leaves.

You seemed to have corrected that rather quickly too, probably safe to say the worst has passed and really even that is not bad at all

Unfortunately I sat on the issue a little too long, and damaged some of my main leaves. But what’s important is I learned the for the future, thankfully with dwc I can stop the burn and issues immediately with a res change.
