Is this Mildew???

Seems to be slightly spotty, one bud has a little bit of yellow specs and there’s small clusters of white that seem to look like mildew but I can’t be too sure cause the buds are kinda resin covered

throw every single bud away with that shit,smoke at your own discretion if you absolutely must.i'd feel uneasy about it myself.real bummer,bro
