Its hard to do, but think of the rest of the plants you're saving from being seeded... Thats what I try to focus on at least.
yeah it’s my only outdoor plant. Everything else is inside and I got 4 females First try, so I guess I can’t stay lucky

Although I am late responding to this, yes it is a male and when you are getting rid of it try to be sure not to rattle those pollen sacks too much for they travel a lot easier than most think...

it’s been cut and put into the compost. I don’t think it was producing pollen quite yet, but I’ll be careful. I watered my female indoor plants and then went out and chopped the male down, I will be careful to change clothes before I go back into the tent thanks for the help.
