Is this light stress / heat stress? Or maybe too much IR using 730nm red leds

Looks to be nitrogen toxic.. Dark green leaves with a claw..

They look weak to me, like they need more light.

How much?
Temps?
Light height?
Light type?
Can’t tell you when you don’t give any precursors

Lift your leds a bit , flush with clean water twice, then double a and b twice a week.

Got you might be the cal mag then as that has Nitrogen in it as it’s Calcium nitrate

Ill give that a go, the run off is about 1500 ppm but Im feeding 1000ppm

Room temp is 27.5c
nighttime its about 24c
1 meter above the canopy
4000k Quantum boards about 400w per plant and added 660nm about 80w per plant

Its quite a bit of light 27000 lumens at the tops so about 800par

does nitrogen toxicity stress out the plant or make it weak?

I'd lower the ec of your nutrient mix to 1.2, water to plenty of runoff to wash out all the built up salts. It won't fix those leaves, but any future growth will look better.
