Kessils? If they're like DIRT CHEAP, might be worth getting but that's a lot of outlets to plug in.

At 9w x 48 lights you're looking at ~430 watts with all of them running full power. Even the most efficient LED will have trouble matching the output of a 1000w hps and i doubt those are the peak of efficiency. You may end up with something equivalent to a 600w HPS if you're lucky, but again, I know nothing about those lights. Best of luck and hopefully someone with more info than me can assist you.

Hm.. no way. You could buy 2 atreum boards or HLG quantum boards for $100 and all you'd need is a driver.
Same with strips. 10 EB gen2 strips $10 each. 480watts, 48v strips. HLG-480-48 driver.

cheap chinese diodes typically have a fan
those ones look like they have a lens which will filter your light. No need for them lenses but if you have them already I would bet you could grow plants under them somehow because they are 3k
