I need an exhaust fan to clear a 4'T x 4'W x 1'9" Deep. I currently have a 70CFM inline fan that i am using as the cool tube vent system but i need another fan to clear the box itself. would something like

Amazon.com: Honeywell HT800 Super Turbo Hi Fan: Electronics
or
Macy*s - Kitchen - Vornado High Velocity Tabletop Fan

work for this? I am having issues with heat and i wnat to correct it. If i got one of these fans i could easily switch its place with the 70 CFM fan and have the 70 as the box exhuast and one of those fans as the light exaust.... would this work?

For $50.00 I could buy a 500cfm inline fan at Menards and still have $20.00 for fittings etc. Why are you trying to reinvent the wheel. You ask for advice, then go look for different solutions. The directional fan, hooked to ducting that is straight will take the air out of there. I use one a little bigger to exhaust the air from my garage. Moves a lot of air. still isn't better then the inline fan. Multiple threads about the same problem are why we need a bigger server. VV

get something that pushes around 150cfm and use it as an exhaust and it should do the job
a cheap 4" or 6" inline maybe?
