is this enough?

would a 160 cfm exhaust fan be enough to cool a 20inx30inx7ft(29 cubic ft) room with a 400w hps?
Some people recommend replacing the air 3 times an HOUR, some people recommend 3 times per MINUTE.
160cfm = 160 cubic feet per minute
Your space is 1.7 * 2.5 * 7 = ~30 cubic feet
160cfm fan would change the air 5 times a minute. You could go a lot lower and be fine. But that space is very small.

yea thats why i wonder can it keep the room cool wit a 400w in the small space.
